I have conquered my Chinese final. Well, perhaps it conquered me, the multiple choice part certainly did. We've never had one of those before. She gave us a sentence in English and then three choices of how to translate it into Chinese. Most of them only had a one character difference between the two. Argh, it was not fun at all. Now all I have left are my Japanese and Chinese Sociolinguistics finals (Thursday and Friday respectively) and my History paper which is due Friday. Thankfully, the last is written and all I have to do is edit it sometime in the next few days. Of course, I also have to start packing...hm...that is going to be rather difficult.

I have no more classes for the semester. they are done, finished, now just a figment of my imagination. I now have a final paper for history to write in the next two days (of course, the reading is extra reading that she assigned specifically for the paper so I actually have to read more instead of just using what we read for the course. It's not a research paper though, and it is considerably shorter than one of those would be). The problem is that I currently have a perfect score in the class, so I don't want to ruin it. Though, I suppose I could do fairly poorly and still get an A. hmmm, that's food for thought. I don't think my pride could take handing in a terrible final paper though. I also have three finals. Chinese is first and going to be murder. Thankfully, I'll have the time to review the thousand or so characters that I need to review, though whether or not I will actually remember them for the final is up in the air. I have to revise my final essay for Japanese and send that in. And then I have Japanese and then Chinese Sociolinguistics. Japanese is going to be murder, and take quite a bit of review. Sociolinguistics will take review, but hopefully won't be too terribly hard. ah well, update for now. more to come later.

I am in Japan. Right now we are in Mobara and I am staying at Ben's flat so I have internet access. That will cease tomorrow when we leave for Tokyo. We got in last night but I was way too tired to post. We had absolutely delicious Udon last night when we got in and then we all went to bed. Ben and I ate at Mr. Donut this morning and then we all went out to the Curry House for lunch. I am tired cause I didn't sleep very well last night and I slept about two hours the night before we left and I slept maybe and hour or two on the plane. Suo yi I am extremely tired at the moment. ttfn
